Group training is dedicated to bringing you meatbolism boosting, high impact, rigorous, exercise to participate in group form. Unlike traditional group classes that are performed with high volumes of people, this is a very personalized session. Each person is given detailed intructions to perform the action, while form and performance is also observed and corrected if necessary. Our Team Training sessions are predesigned but can be easily adjusted for all skill levels and modified for pre-existing injuries.
